【摘要】 为了解福建省部分省级医院消毒灭菌工作质量,找出医院感染管理过程中存在的问题,采用现场抽检和细菌检测方法进行了调查和实验室检测。结果,物体表面和使用中的消毒液质量全部合格,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌质量合格率为100%。室内空气和医护人员手卫生合格率分别为80.65%和78.69%;内窥镜消毒效果合格率为80%,在其中一台不合格胃镜上检测出铜绿假单胞菌。结论,福建省省级医院消毒与灭菌整体质量比较好,但在卫生消毒质量及院感管理上存在薄弱环节,特别是内窥镜消毒效果必须提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the disinfection and sterilization work quality in some hospitals at provincial level in Fujian Province and to find out the problems existing in the course of control of nosocomial infections,field selective examination and bacteriological examination method were used to carry out survey and laboratory examination.Results: The quality of all surfaces of objects and disinfectant solutions in use were up to standard.The eligible rate of autoclaving quality was 100%.The sanitary eligible rates of indoor air and hands of medical and nursing staffs were 80.65% and 78.69% respectively. The eligible rate of endoscope disinfection efficacy was 80% and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected on one ineligible gastroscope.Conclusions: The quality of disinfection and sterilization as a whole was good in hospitals at province level in Fujian Province and the quality of autoclaves was good,but there were weak points in sanitary disinfection quality and nosocomial infection control,especially the efficacy of endoscope disinfection must be improved.更多还原
