【摘要】 为了解空气消毒器对手术室空气动态消毒效果,采用现场试验方法,对手术室空气中自然菌消毒效果进行了观察。结果,手术过程中有人正常工作状态下,启动空气消毒洁净器消毒1 h,可以使空气中的自然菌总数减少至170 cfu/m3,对不同手术室空气中自然菌平均消除率≥58.54%。在同一手术室内有人活动情况下,启动空气消毒洁净器1 h,对空气中自然菌消除率为81.43%,开机4 h消除率为88.07%,持续开机能保持细菌总数呈下降趋势。结论,空气消毒洁净器在有人正常工作情况下,对手术室空气中自然菌具有明显消毒效果,持续作用可使空气中菌数达到II类环境要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the efficacy of air disinfector in dynamic disinfection of air of operating room,field trial method was used to observe the efficacy in disinfection of natural bacteria in air of operating room.Results: Under the normal working condition in the course of operation,operation of the air disinfector for 1 h could reduce the total natural bacterial count in air to 170 cfu/m~3 and the average eliminating rate of natural bacteria in air of different operating rooms was ≥(58.54%.) Under condition of presence of human activities in a same operation room,operating of the air disinfector for 1 h eliminated 81.43% of the natural bacteria in air and operation for 4 h eliminated 88.07%.Continuous operation of the disinfector could keep the tendency of decrease in total bacterial count.Conclusions: Under normal working condition,the air disinfector has significant efficacy in disinfection of natural bacteria in air of operating room.Continuous operation of the disinfector can make the bacterial count in air fulfil the requirement of class-II environment.更多还原
