【摘要】 泡沫型皮肤消毒液有效成分为醋酸氯己定,为了解其杀菌效果与稳定性,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验。结果,含醋酸氯己定4540mg/L的泡沫型皮肤消毒液对悬液中的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用3m in、对白色念珠菌作用5m in,杀灭对数值均>5.00。在54℃温度下保存14d,该消毒液原液醋酸氯己定含量下降率为3.61%。结论,该泡沫型皮肤消毒液杀菌效果较好,性能稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The active ingredient of the foam-type skin disinfection solution is chlorhexidine acetate.In order to know its germicidal efficacy and stability,suspension quantitative germicidal test was carried out.Results: The reduction factor(log₁₀) of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the foam-type skin disinfection solution containing chlorhexidine acetate 4540 mg/L for 3 min and Candida albicans exposed for 5 min were >5.00.After storing at 54℃ for 14 days,the chlorhexidine acetate content of the stock solution of the disinfection solution decreased by（3.61%.） Conclusion: The foam-type skin disinfection solution has good germicidal efficacy and stable properties.更多还原
