一种手消毒液杀菌效果及毒性试验观察

【摘要】 劲康手消毒液是以盐酸聚六亚甲基双胍为主要成分的复方消毒液,为观察其杀菌效果和使用安全性,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验进行了实验室研究。结果,含260 mg/L盐酸聚六亚甲基胍的手消毒液作用1.5m in,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌杀灭对数值达5.00以上;作用3 m in,对大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值达5.00以上。含520 mg/L盐酸聚六亚甲基胍的该消毒液作用1.5 m in,对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值大于4.00。以该消毒液原药液搓擦消毒3 m in,对受试者手上自然菌的平均降低对数值为2.40。该手消毒液小鼠经口LD50>5000mg/kg.bw,属实际无毒;其原液对皮肤刺激反应积分均值为0,小鼠蓄积系数K>5。结论,该手消毒液对细菌繁殖体和酵母菌有良好的杀灭作用,动物试验属无毒类物质,对手皮肤无刺激,有弱蓄积毒性,无致微核作用。

【Abstract】 Jin-Kang hand-disinfection solution is a compound disinfection solution with polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride as the main ingredient.In order to observe its germicidal efficacy and safety for use, suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test was used to carry out laboratory study.Results: The reduction factor(log10) of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension exposed to the hand-disinfection solution containing polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride 260 mg/L for 1.5 min attained over 5.00 and that of Escherichia coli exposed for 3 min also attained over 5.00.The reduction factor(log10) of Candida albicans exposed to the disinfection solution containing polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride 520 mg/L for 1.5 min was higher than 4.00.Wiping disinfection with the stock solution of this disinfection solution for 3 min reduced the natural bacteria on hands of the test subjects by 102.4 in average.The mouse oral LD50 of the hand-disinfection solution was >5000 mg/kg·bw,indicating that it was practically non-toxic.The average skin irritation score of its stock solution was 0 and its mouse accumulation coefficient K was >5.Conclusions: The hand-disinfection solution has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and yeasts.It belongs to nontoxic substances,has no irritating effect on skin and weak cumulative toxicity and does not cause micronucleus formation.
