【摘要】 为贯彻《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》,了解医院内镜清洗消毒质量,采用现场检查和采样检测方法,对贵州省10所综合医院内镜清洗消毒质量进行了调查。结果,6所省级医院软式内镜及附件采样83份,合格率56.63%;腹腔镜及各种器械钳采样67份,合格率95.52%。4所市级医院胃镜共监测126份样,合格率47.20%。从内镜采样标本中检出金黄色葡萄球菌构成比5.56%,大肠埃希氏菌11.11%,铜绿假单胞菌8.73%,H IV抗体初筛阳性1例。结论,医院内镜清洗消毒质量不合格现象严重,其中软式内镜消毒效果检测合格率较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to implement "Technical Standard for Cleaning and Disinfection of Endoscopes" and to know endoscope cleaning and disinfection quality in hospitals,field examination and sampling examination methods were used to carry out a survey of endoscope cleaning and disinfection quality in 10 general hospitals of Guizhou Province.Results: The eligible rate of 83 samples taken from flexible endoscopes and their accessories of 6 province-level hospitals was 56.63% and that of 67 samples taken from laparoscopes and various sterilizer forceps was 95.52%.126 samples of gastroscopes from 4 municipal hospitals were monitored and their eligiblerate was 47.20%.Staphylococcus aureus was detected from 5.56% of the samples from endoscopes,Escherichia coli was detected from 11.11%,Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected from(8.73%) and HIV antibody was positive in 1 sample by preliminary screaning.Conclusions: The ineligibility of endoscope cleaning and disinfection quality in hospitals was seious and the eligible rate of disinfection efficacy of flexible endoscopes was low.更多还原
