【摘要】 讨论了采用超高温球化设备制备球形铸造碳化钨的工艺,研究了铸造碳化钨的球化技术,通过控制球化温度、冷凝速度、物料分散方式、给料量等因素,制备出性能优良的球形铸造碳化钨粉末,精确地把碳量控制在WC和W2C共晶范围内,从而得到颗粒成规则球形、显微结构为细等轴树枝状晶粒、显微硬度达HV0.13 000kg/cm2、流动性为5￣10s/50g的球形铸造碳化钨粉末。更多还原
