【Abstract】 5′-Phosphodiesterase is the enzyme which digest Phosphodiester bonds to product 5′ hydroxyl groups,It hydrolyze nucleic acid to 5′-nucleotides.With the development of nucleotide’industries the research of application of the enzyme also become more and more important.This article discusses the effect manner、property、 preparation and application of the 5′-Phosphodiesterase which used in the production of 5′-nucleotide.更多还原
