毛细管柱气相色谱法测定蚝油中的山梨酸
Determination of sorbic acid in oyster sauce by capillary gas chromatography
【摘要】 采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定蚝油中的山梨酸,此方法可使各组分得到良好分离,分析时间短,准确度高,相对标准偏差为1.35%~1.89%,样品加标回收率为90.4%~96.5%。
【Abstract】 The determination of sorbic acid in oyster sauce by capillary gas chromatography was done.The method was featued by the good separation of sorbic acid from the components,the shortende time of analysis and the high accuracy of measurement.The relative standard deviatons were 1.35%~1.89%,and the indexed recovery ratio of samples 90.4% ~96.5%.
