【摘要】 目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法,建立川黄柏药材的指纹图谱。方法:采用Luna5μC18色谱柱(6.0mm×150.0mm,5μm),0.4mol.L-1NH4Cl-乙腈梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长230nm。结果:所得的色谱图各色谱峰分离较好,达到指纹图谱的要求。结论:采用HPLC指纹图谱可以控制川黄柏药材的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study and establish the fingerprint of Phellodendron chinense Schneid. by RP-HPLC. METHOD: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: a Luna 5 μ C_ 18column(150.0 mm×6.0 mm, 5 μm) was used;the mobile phase was 0.4 mol·L~ -1NH_ 4Cl-acetontrile with gradient elution;the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~ -1and the UV absorbance detection was set at 230 nm. RESULT: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, good HPLC fingerprints of Phellodendron chinense Schneid. were obtained. CONCLUSION: Quality of Phellodendron chinense Schneid. can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprint.更多还原
