【摘要】 中药质量控制研究是中药现代研究的重要组成部分。结合本课题组的研究实例,对中药质量控制研究的思路和方法进行了探讨,提出了指纹图谱技术与多指标成分定量分析相结合是全面控制中药质量的可行模式。此外,对中药质量控制研究面临的挑战,以及中药药效物质基础研究的新观点和新方法对中药质量控制研究的意义等进行了简要评述。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article briefly summarizes the recent progress in the study of quality control of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), and proposes that fingerprint plus multi-component quantitation is a feasible way for the comprehensive quality control of TCM. In addition, the challenges on quality control and the progress in research on active principles of TCM are also discussed, with quite a few new methods.更多还原
