连钱草的化学成分
Chemical Constituents of Glechoma longituba
【摘要】 目的:对连钱草地上部分进一步进行化学成分的研究。方法:应用多种色谱法分离连钱草中的化学成分,采用多种光谱分析法鉴定其结构。结果:从连钱草全草中又得到10个化合物,即木栓酮(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、大黄素甲醚(3)、大黄酚(4)、齐墩果酸(5)、熊果酸(6)、刺槐素(7)、胡萝卜苷(8)、蒙花苷(9)、海常素(10)。结论:化合物13、、45、、7、9、10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 AIM: To study the chemical constituents of Glechoma longituba.METHOD: Manifold chromatographic methods were used to separate the chemical constituents,and the chemical structures were determined by spectral analyses.RESULTS: Ten compounds were isolated from Glechoma longituba and identified as friedelin(1),β-sitosterol(2),physcion(3),chrysophanol(4),oleanolic acid(5),ursolic acid(6),acacetin(7),daucosterol(8),linarin(9),clerodendrin(10).CONCLUSION: Compounds 1,3,4,5,7,9 and 10 were isolated from Glechoma longituba for the first time.
