2型糖尿病合并高血压患者瘦素水平与胰岛素抵抗和颈动脉内中膜厚度的关系
Relationship of serum leptin with insulin resistance and intimal-media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery in type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension
【摘要】 对65例糖尿病合并高血压患者和60例非糖尿病者的研究显示,2型糖尿病合并高血压患者瘦素水平与胰岛素抵抗和颈动脉内中膜厚度正相关。
【Abstract】 The study of sixty five type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension and sixty non-diabetic subjects showed that serum leptin level is associated with insulin resistance and intimal-media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery in type 2 diabetics with hypertensive patients.
