NEUROG3基因突变在糖尿病人群中的筛查研究

【摘要】应用直接测序方法对270名无亲缘关系的对象(其中80名为正常对照组,94例为早发性糖尿病家系先证者,96例为2型糖尿病病例)进行NEUROG3基因筛查,发现2个序列变异:在5′非翻译区的-44-45delCA及S199F变异,未发现NEUROG3基因变异与本组人群早发性糖尿病,2型糖尿病的发病相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 NEUROG3 genes were screened by direct sequencing in 270 unrelated Chinese residents, including 80 nondiabetic controls, 94 probands of early-onset diabetes pedigree and 96 type 2 diabetics. Two sequence variants were identified: -44-45delCA and F/S199. Genetic variability in NEUROG3 gene may not be associated with early-onset diabetes, type 2 diabetes in the Chinese examined subjects.更多还原
