2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清瘦素与胰岛素抵抗的关系
Association of serum leptin with insulin resistance in patients with type 2 DM and non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFL)
【摘要】 2型糖尿病伴严重非酒精性脂肪肝患者的血清瘦素水平和体质指数均明显高于2型糖尿病,不伴或伴有轻度非酒精性脂肪肝患者,也高于正常对照组。
【Abstract】 Both levels of serum leptin and BMI were significantly higher in T2DM patients with severe NAFL (n=61) than those in T2DM with mild NAFL (n=24), T2DM without NAFL (n=45) and in normal control (n=30).
