MGB探针检测广州地区汉族人群糖尿病亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶基因677C→T多态性
Detection of the 677 C→T variant of MTHFR gene in Chinese diabetic patients with fluorescent MGB probe real-time PCR
【摘要】 186例T2DM,46例T1DM和110例正常对照的研究显示,糖尿病微血管病变与MTHFR基因677C→T多态性的显著相关性,仅见于T2DM,不见于T1DM。TaqMan-MGB探针技术是检测677C→T多态性的良好平台。
【Abstract】 The study of T2DM (n=186) and T1DM (n=46) as well as normal control (n=110) showed that diabetic microangiopathy (DMA) was correlated with MTHFR gene 677 C→T polymorphism only in T2DM, but not in T1DM. And fluorecent MGB probe real-time PCR technique is good for diagnosis of 677 C→T mutation.
