【Abstract】 Compared with DM group, the bladder wet weight and volume threshold for micturation were significantly reduced in caffeine-treated DM group,while V% and cAMP content were significantly increased. Caffeine can significantly ameliorate the impaired bladder detrusor contractility of diabetic rats. These results suggest that caffeine may have a beneficial effect on bladder dysfunction in the diabetic rats.更多还原
