【摘要】 正常对照32例和2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者68例,毛细管电泳法测定8-羟基脱氧鸟甘(8-OHdG)。T2DM患者与正常对照组比较,24 h尿8-OHdG水平明显升高(46±43,11±6)且随UAER的增加而增加(UAER<20μg/min组24 h尿8-OHdG含量17±9,UAER 20~200μg/min组34±22,UAER>200μg/min组80±51)。8-OHdG与糖尿病肾病(DN)程度呈正相关,偏回归系数1.09,95%CI1.02~1.17,P=0.01。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the levels of 24 hr urinary 8-hydroxyguanine(8-OHdG)in diabetes mellitus and its association with diabetic nephropathy(DN).In 32 healthy subjects and 68 type 2 diabetic patients,8-OHdG was measured with high performance capillary electrophoresis.Urinary 8-OHdG levels were significantly higher in type 2 diabetic patients and increased with increment of urinary albumin excretion rate.The levels of 24 hr urinary 8-OHdG can evaluate the systemic oxidative stress,and the degree of 8-OHdG is correlated with the degree of DN.更多还原
