La3+,Ce3+及Fe3+的共掺杂对TiO2粉末光催化性能的影响

【摘要】 通过溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了La3+-Ce3+共掺杂及Fe3+-Ce3+共掺杂的TiO2纳米粉体。利用透射电镜(TEM)对粒子的形貌和粒径进行了表征,并用分光光度法研究了粉体对甲基橙溶液的降解。通过分析共掺杂离子的掺杂量和样品的煅烧温度对降解率的影响,对所制备粉体的光催化性能进行了研究。结果表明,La3+-Ce3+共掺杂的TiO2粉体其光催化活性有较大提高。

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the(La3+-Ce3+ and Fe3+-Ce3+)-doped titania particles were prepared by sol-gel method.Particles’ appearance and diameter are characterized by TEM,and studied by Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy method,particles were degradated by methyl orange.It studied the photocatalytic properities by analyzing adulterate particles’dosage and heat treatment temperature.The results showed the photocatalytic properities of(La3+-Ce3+)-doping particles were increased more than before.
