盾构穿越合流污水管施工中管线沉降的控制
Controlling of Pipe Settlement in the Construction of Shield Crossing Combined Sewerage Pipe
【摘要】 上海市轨道交通6号线22标区间隧道从济阳路地下穿越。地下有一根5700mm×3000mm合流污水管。隧道顶距合流污水管净距4.63m,施工难度较高。通过严格控制盾构正面平衡压力、盾构纠偏量、同步注浆量和浆液质量、二次注浆等施工技术措施,顺利地完成了盾构穿越施工。
【Abstract】 Bid 22 tunnel of Shanghai railway Line 6 crosses Jiyang Rd. Its construction faces more troubles because of a combined sewerage pipe with 5 700 mm×3 000 mm, and the pure distance is 4.63 m between the top of interval tunnel and the pipe. Several technical measures such as controlling shield front balanced stress, shield cor-rection number, synchronous pouring quantity, serous quality and second pouring have completed the shield crossing construction successfully.
