四川省汶川县两种牛梨形虫的分离鉴定

【摘要】 自四川省汶川县黄牛体表采集长角血蜱的饥饿或半饱血成虫,带回实验室感染除脾牛。血液涂片检查发现,感染后第10 d,病牛血液中出现一种大型巴贝虫,感染后第24 d,出现一种小杆形的泰勒虫。形态学观察和18 S rRNA基因测序和进化关系分析证明,它们分别为卵形巴贝虫与瑟氏泰勒虫。

【Abstract】 Haemaphysalis longicornis,collected from Wenchuan county in Sichuan province,were fed experimentally on the splenictomized cattle.Large Babesia and rod-shaped Theileria were found,respectively,in the blood smears on day 10 and day 24 post-infection.They were identified as Babesia ovata and Theileria sergenti by morphological observation and sequence analysis of 18S rRNA gene,respectively.
