【Abstract】 Current knowledge and research advances in E.coli heat-stable enterotoxin b(STb) were reviewed from the perspective of its genetic,chemical and physical features,immunogenicity,secretion,residues related to toxicity,structure,receptor,and its mechanism causing diarrhea.STb is considered a very important enterotoxin due to its highly prevalence in ETEC strains isolated from piglets with diarrhea and could cause considerable losses to livestock industry.Therefore,the researchers should pay more attention to study STb and its action mechanism in order to reduce the economic losses caused by ETEC.更多还原
