不同光照条件下褪黑素对鸡鸭鹌鹑外周血淋巴细胞及其亚群变化的影响

【摘要】 为探讨不同褪黑素水平对禽类机体免疫系统的调节作用,通过控制不同光照条件,分3组(短光照组、长光照组和对照组)饲养鸡45只、鸭45只、鹌鹑45只,采用荧光双色染色法和流式细胞仪分别检测鸡、鸭、鹌鹑外周血中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞及其亚群和Bu-1a+B淋巴细胞数量变化。结果,短光照组由于体内褪黑素水平较高,外周血中CD3+CD4+T细胞、CD3+CD8+T细胞、Bu-1a+B细胞及白细胞总数都有不同程度升高,且与对照组相比差异显著;长光照组由于体内褪黑素分泌较少,外周血中CD3+CD4+T细胞、CD3+CD8+T细胞、Bu-1a+B细胞及白细胞总数都有不同程度降低,且与对照组相比差异显著。结果表明,内源性褪黑素对鸡、鸭、鹌鹑外周血中淋巴细胞及其亚群的数量变化有显著影响。

【Abstract】 In order to study the regulatory function of different levels of melatonin on the immune system of avians,45 chickens,45 ducks and 45 quails fed under different lighting conditions were divided into short lighting,long lighting and control groups.Contents of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T cells and Bu-1a+ B cells were examined in peripheral blood by using flow cytometry with double-color-staining method on different days,respectively.The contents of CD3+CD4+T cells,CD3+CD8+T cells,Bu-1a+ B cells and total white blood cells in the short lighting group with raising melatonin increased significantly compared with that in the control group,and the contents of CD3+CD4+T cells,CD3+CD8+T cells,Bu-1a+ B cells,total white blood cells in the long lighting group with lowering melatonin decreased significantly in comparison with that in the control group.These results showed that the levels of melatonin have significant effect on the contents of T and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of chickens,ducks and quails.
