【Abstract】 Concept,mechanism,heritability,transitivity and spreading characteristics of RNA interference in parasitic nematode were introduced.Experimental methods for RNAi in parasitic nematode,including acquirement of dsRNA,introduction of dsRNA and detection of RNAi effect in nematode,and new developments in studies of gene functions of parasitic nematode were also reviewed.更多还原
