垂直渗透仪测定土工合成材料黏土垫方法初探
Primary study on the vertical permeameter for measuring permeability of geosynthetic clay line
【摘要】 土工合成材料黏土垫(GCL)是一种新型防渗材料,具有渗透系数低,抗不均匀沉降,优良的自我修复功能,抗冻融循环,施工方便等诸多优点,但我国目前尚无国家标准,大大地制约了GCL的推广应用。由于GCL的渗透性与其使用条件(主要是上覆有效压力)密切相关,所以其试验方法应考虑模拟现场使用条件。而国际上应用较广的ASTM D5887(利用柔壁渗透仪测定土工合成材料黏土垫试样流率的标准试验方法)在此方面有不足之处。作者认为经过改造的常规垂直渗透仪能够较好的模拟现场试验条件,且能够满足工程精度。
【Abstract】 As a new kind of impermeable material,the geosynthetic clay liner(GCL) has its major advantages of very low permeability coefficient,good performance in withstanding non-uniform settlement,excellent self-healing characteristics,high resistance to freezing/thawing cycles,as well as easy installation. There is no standard yet for its checking tests,this hinders seriously its wide application.The permeability of GCL is closely related to its working condition(mainly the overburden effective pressure exerted on it),so when applying testing method,it should stimulate the field conditions.The existing foreign standard ASTM D5887(standard test method for measurement of index flux through saturated geosynthetic clay liner specimens using a flexible wall permeameter) has some deficiencies in this aspect.The authors believe that the conventional vertical standing permeameter after improvement is capable to stimulate field conditions,and it can be applied to projects with satisfactory engineering precision.
