【摘要】 描述了SK_H混凝土高性能引气剂的研制。通过在松香进行皂化之前先对松香进行部分酯化反应,以改善松香的化学结构,提高了松香的分子量,使之有利于作为引气剂分子的骨架,保证气泡形成后的液膜具有足够的黏度和弹性,同时加入了优良的气泡稳定组分来提高气泡的稳定性。研制的SK_H高性能引气剂的混凝土性能指标满足国标一等品的要求,产品在气泡间距系数(133μm)、气泡平均半径(71μm)、气泡均匀性、稳定性等关键技术指标方面均优于目前国内水平。混凝土抗冻融300次时,动弹性模量为97%,混凝土具有优良的抗冻融耐久性。所提出的工艺参数可靠,目前已按确定的工艺条件和参数组织批量生产,并已用于工程。该产品在合成过程中只在酯化反应时生成少量的水,不排放废物,属环保型产品。

【Abstract】 This paper presents a study on high performance air entraining agent of SK-H type for concrete.Through partial esterification of rosin before its saponification,the chemical structure of rosin is improved and the molecular weight of rosin is increased.This is helpful for rosin to become the framework of air entraining molecules,and consequently ensures the satisfactory viscosity and elasticity of liquid membrane of the formed air voids.At the same time,excellent stabilization components are added to enhance the stability of air bubbles.The concrete with high performance air entraining agent of SK-H type can meet the requirements of Chinese standard for first-class products.The key technical indexes of this product,such as air void spacing factor(133μm),average air void radius(71μm) and air void uniformity and stability,exceed those of other domestic products.The concrete with this product has excellent anti-frost durability,with a relative dynamic elastic modulus of 97% after 300 cycles of freezing-and-thawing.The technical parameters of the product are very reliable.Based on the specified conditions and parameters,a batch production has been carried out,and the product has been used in engineering practice.In the sythesization process of the agent,only little water is formed during esterification without waste discharge.Therefore,it is an environment-friend product.
