挤出机的选择对加工废旧聚酯瓶片的影响
Influence of Selection of Extruders on the Processing of Recycled PET Flakes
【摘要】 使用普通单螺杆挤出机、双螺杆挤出机、接枝型反应挤出机和缩聚型反应挤出机研究了废旧聚酯瓶片的挤出反应情况和产品的特性黏度([η])变化。结果表明:使用普通单螺杆挤出机或双螺杆挤出机对废旧聚酯瓶片进行挤出时,产品的[η]均低于原料瓶片的[η]平均值;使用接枝型反应挤出机加工PET瓶片时,产物的[η]可达0.83 dL/g;使用缩聚型反应挤出机加工PET瓶片时,挤出生产稳定,产品条韧性好,产物的[η]均在0.70~1.0 dL/g之间,扩链剂用量较少,扩链效果最佳。通过DSC、WAXD分析表明,扩链后的PET产品与纯PET工业料相比,其热性能、晶型都没有改变,产品达到中空吹塑加工瓶的要求。
【Abstract】 The recycled PET flake was re-processed with various extruders, including single screw extruder, twin-screw extruder, grafting reactive extruder, and poly condensation reactive extruder. The intrinsic viscosity([η] ) of the extrudates was compared. When a single screw or twin-screw extruder was used, the resulted [η] was generally lower than that of the feed. However, when a grafting reactive extruder was employed, the [η] of the extrudate was about 0.83 dL/g. The [η] values between 0.70 and 1.0 dL/g could be obtained using a polycondensation reactive extruder. DSC and WAXD analysis showed that the recycled PET had similar thermal properties and crystal structure as the commercial new one, and thus was suitable for the production of bottles.
