储能型自发光PVC板材的性能研究

【摘要】 研究了铝酸盐掺杂稀土元素的储能型光致发光粉在PVC板材中的发光性能及其对PVC力学性能的影响。研究表明,随着荧光粉含量的增加,60 min后余辉强度增加,但会导致拉伸强度和透光率下降。加入8份荧光粉的 PVC板材具有较好的余辉强度,同时拉伸强度较优,能够满足使用要求。扫描电镜分析表明,当邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为20份、PE蜡为0.5份、荧光粉为8份时荧光粉与PVC基体间具有较好的界面结合力。

【Abstract】 Long afterglow phosphorescent material is a material that can absorb light in daytime and re emit light at night. PVC was filled with such phosphorescent powder and the luminescent behavior and mechanical properties were investigated. It is found that the afterglow strength of the PVC boards increased , but the tensile strength and light transmittance decreased with increasing content of phosphorescent powder. When the loading of phosphorescent powder is 8 phr, both afterglow strength and tensile strength of PVC boards were satisfactory. SEM indicated that the phosphorescent powder was well dispersed in PVC matrix.
