【摘要】 介绍了热处理在BOPP薄膜生产中的作用,讨论了纵横向热处理对薄膜性能的影响。研究表明:纵向热处理对BOPP薄膜的结构和性能影响甚小;而横向热处理则影响很大;随着横向热处理温度的变化,BOPP薄膜的结构和性能将产生较大差异,其间存在一个最佳的温度值,需要根据工艺和设备进行优选。此外,热处理对BOPP薄膜的光学性能和收缩率产生显著影响,其中薄膜的雾度随热处理温度的上升而上升,光泽度随热处理温度的上升而下降; 收缩率随处理温度的上升而下降,尤其是横向收缩率的下降幅度最大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of annealing on BOPP film was introduced. The annealing temperature had serious effects on the properties of the film, especially in the lateral direction. The haze increased, gross and shrinkage ratio decreased with increasing annealing temperature. However, the properties in the longitudinal direction were only moderately influenced.更多还原
