炭黑/新酚树脂导电复合材料的电学性能研究
Electrical Properties of Carbon Black/Xylok Resin Conductive Composite
【摘要】 为制得新型导电复合材料,首先将新酚树脂羟甲基化,使其耐热性能提高。预处理后的新酚树脂在近 400℃时才开始分解。再以预处理后的新酚树脂为基体、乙炔炭黑为导电填料、玻璃纤维织物为增强材料制备了导电复合材料;确定了材料的导电性与导电填料含量的关系;当炭黑含量为3%时,材料在安全电压下发热温度达到 250℃;研究了导电复合材料的伏安特性,发现其具有非线性欧姆关系;同时也发现制备的导电复合材料具有微弱的正温度系数效应。
【Abstract】 Xylok resin was hydroxymethylated to achieve a high decomposing temperature above 400 ℃ . The modified xylok resin was subsequently blended with glass cloth and acetylene black to generate a new conductive composite. The relationship between electrical conduction and carbon black content was determined. When carbon black content was 3 wt% ,a heating temperature at safety voltage of 250℃ was obtained. The voltage-current characteristic of the conductive composites showed a nonlinear behavior. A moderate positive temperature coefficient was also observed.
