制备低分子质量猪血肽发酵条件的优化研究
Studies on Optimizing Fermentation Conditions to Produce Low MWt Peptides from Swine Blood
【摘要】 为了优化发酵法制备低分子质量猪血肽的条件,应用响应面分析法(ResponseSurfaceMethodology,简称RSM)研究了发酵时间、发酵温度、接种量对低分子质量肽产量的影响。实验结果表明,发酵温度、时间及接种量对低分子质量猪血肽的生成有显著影响;发酵条件优化结果为:接种量4%、发酵温度31℃、发酵时间60h,水解度理论值为37.97%,验证值为37.96%。
【Abstract】 In order to optimize fermentation condition for low MWt peptide from swine blood,the influences of time?temperature?inoculum size were studied by Response Surface Methodology.The results showed that time?temperature and inoculum size had strong effects on the production of low MWt peptide from swine blood.The optimum fermentation conditions were 4% inoculum size,31 ℃ fermentation temperature,60 h fermentation time,theoretical value of DH was 37.97%,practical value was 37.96%.
