HPLC法同时测定葡萄酒中5种黄烷-3-醇单体的研究

【摘要】 以中国产干红和干白葡萄酒为试材,采用LiChrospher100RP-18e色谱柱(250mm×4.0mmI.D.,5μm),冰乙酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280nm,直接进样,成功地同时分离了葡萄酒中的C、EgC、EgCg、EC和EcG5种黄烷-3-醇单体并测定了其含量,建立了一种简单、经济、快速、准确的同时测定葡萄酒中5种黄-3-醇单体的高效液相色谱法。除张裕干红葡萄酒中未检出EcG外,不同厂家生产的葡萄酒中均检出5种黄烷-3-醇单体。

【Abstract】 The dry red and dry white wines made in China were used as materials. A method for simultaneously determination five flavan-3-ols monomers in wines by high performance liquid chromatography was described. Chromatographic separation was performed 5-μm LiChrospher 100 RP-18e(250 mm×4.0 mm I.D.,Merck)by using the mobile phase gradient elution of glacial acetic acid solution at 30 ℃,flow rate at 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength at 280 nm and directly injected the wine sample. Five flavan-ols(C?EgC?EgCg?EC and EcG)in wines were separated successfully and the content were also determined. A simple?economic?quick and accurate HPLC method used to simultaneously determine five flavan-ols in wine was established. Except EcG was not detected in ZhangYu red wine, C,EgC,EgCg,EC and EcG were all detected in five kind of wines produced by different manufacturer.
