水产品中致病微生物的快速检测方法
Rapid Detection Methods of Pathogenic Microorganism from Aquatic Foods
【摘要】 阐述几种水产品中致病微生物的快速检测方法,这些方法的应用和发展将为水产品的质量安全提供有利保障。
【Abstract】 Several rapid detection methods of pathogenic microorganism from aquatic foods were introduced. Application and development of these methods will guarantees effectively the security of aquatic foods.
