【Abstract】 Small and medium-sized enterprises have the vital role in economic development of China. However, difficult financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is holding back the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Actually it has become a hot issue of the Chinese economic development. The condition of solution is that the providers of the fund have lots of capitals and can take risks, on the basis of the enterprise’s future not the past and the present driven by large increment of capitals brought by the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Angel investment, which is very popular in foreign countries, is one kind of financing channel for small and medium-sized enterprises.更多还原
