【Abstract】 Comprehensive administration of social security is a strategic policy for long-term social stability as well as a profound social systematic project of reforming society and mankind, which penetrates every historical developing stage of China’s modernization construction and involves every field and level of our society. In such a new situation, in order to accomplish this arduous long-term historical task with universality, complexity and comprehensiveness, we must follow its characteristics and laws and put forward practical and feasible measures to guarantee its efficient and orderly operation. From the angle of DENG Xiao-ping’s theory of reform and opening-up to the outside world and comprehensive administration of social security, this paper analyzes the relationship between the two and puts forward the concrete measures to comprehensively administrate social security.更多还原
