【摘要】 目的探讨同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的疗效及毒副反应。方法2002-06-2004-12对温州市第二人民医院同步放化疗组42例中晚期宫颈癌病人用盖诺联合顺铂化疗,同时行根治性放疗;单纯放疗组44例行根治性放疗。结果同步放化疗组近期有效率92.9%,单纯放疗组77.3%。两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),毒副反应相近。结论同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌可提高近期疗效,不影响放疗进程,毒副反应无明显增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effects and side effects of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in advanced cervical cancer. Methods Is the study group (concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy ),42 patients who had advanced cervical cancer were treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy by vinorelbine plus cisplatin in the Second Hospital of Wenzhou from 2002.6 to 2004.12. At the same time,44 patients who had advanced cervical cancer were treated with radiotherapy alone as the control group (radiotherapy alone). Results Effective rate was 92.9% in the former and 77.3% in the latter. There was significant difference in effective rate between the two groups (P<0.05),no significant difference in side effect. Conclusion Concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in advanced cervical cancer can improve the curative effect. The side effect is tolerable,and this method doesn’t affect radiotherapy.更多还原
