【摘要】 目的评价经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-O)治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的疗效。方法回顾性总结2004-07-2005-12采用TVT-O术式治疗女性SUI的临床资料22例。结果22例病人均治愈,平均手术时间14min,术中无并发症,无膀胱损伤。术后短期尿潴留3例(13·6%)。术后平均随访9个月(1~15个月),至今无并发症发生。结论TVT-O术式操作简便快捷、创伤小、并发症少、不易损伤膀胱,是治疗女性SUI的安全有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the Tension Free Vaginal Tape Obturator Technique (TVT-O) procedure in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods Twenty-two cases of female stress urinary incontinence treated by TVT-O procedure from July 2004 to December 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The mean operation time was 14 minutes. All 22 cases were successfully cured by the TVT-O procedure. No complications and no bladder injury were recorded among all of the operations. The rate of postoperative urinary retention was 13.6%(n=3).All cases were followed up form 1 to 15 months(mean 9 months),which showed no complications. Conclusion TVT-O procedure is simple and minimally invasive with lower complication rate and less risk of injury to the bladder .It is a satisfactory technique for the surgical treatment of the female urinary stress incontinence.更多还原
