hMSH2及Ki-67在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义

【摘要】 目的探讨判定宫颈癌患者预后的分子生物学指标。方法2002-09-2003-11应用免疫组织化学方法观察人错配修复基因2(MSH2)、细胞周期调节蛋白-67(Ki-67)在宫颈鳞癌、腺癌中的表达。结果在宫颈癌组织中hMSH2、Ki-67表达高于正常组(P<0·01);hMSH2高表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移、癌细胞分化程度密切相关(P<0·05);hMSH2表达阳性者Ki-67表达明显高于hMSH2表达阴性者(P<0·05)。结论hMSH2、Ki-67可能参与宫颈癌的发生、发展及转移过程,hMSH2在宫颈癌中的过表达与细胞增殖有密切关系,可作为反映宫颈癌生物学行为的有效指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the moleculobiological criterion evaluating the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer. Methods The expression of hMSH2 and Ki-67 were detected in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma by immunohistochemical staining from September 2002 to November 2003. Results The expression of hMSH2 and Ki-67 in cancer cells was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01). Overexpression of hMSH2 in cervical carcinoma was related to lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree(P<0.05). The expression of Ki-67 was significantly higher in the hMSH2-positive tumors than in the negative ones(P<0.05) . Conclusion The expression of hMSH2 and Ki-67 may play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma. It is also closely related to tumor cell proliferation. Detection of hMSH2 and Ki-67 may be valuable to further understand the biological behavior of cervical carcinoma.
