南瓜属4个栽培种亲缘关系的AFLP分析

【摘要】 利用AFLP分子标记技术对南瓜属4个栽培种中的88个品种间亲缘关系进行分析。从64对引物中筛选出10对引物进行选择性扩增,共获得515条清晰可辨的标记,其中多态性条带202条,多态率39.22%。聚类分析结果表明:黑籽南瓜与西葫芦的亲缘关系较近,与南瓜的亲缘关系次之,与笋瓜的亲缘关系最远。3个常见的栽培种中西葫芦与南瓜的亲缘关系较近,与笋瓜的亲缘关系较远。

【Abstract】 Genetic relationship of 88 cultivars from 4 cultivated species of Cucurbita were studied by molecular marker technology AFLP. Ten pairs of selective primers were screened out from 64 pairs of primers. A total of 515 bands were obtained. Cluster analysis showed that Cucurbita ficifolia Bouchè had close relationship with Cucurbita pepo L., and farest relationship with Cucurbita maxima Duch. ex Lam. Among the three main cultivated species, Cucurbita pepo L. had closer relationship with Cucurbita maschata Duch. ex Pior. as compared with Cucurbita maxima Duch. ex Lam.
