【摘要】 目的:用小鼠精子畸形试验评价生物羊膜引起遗传毒性的可能性。方法:参照中华人民共和国国家标准《小鼠精子畸形试验》(GB15193.7-94)的方法及指导原则进行试验。结果:生物羊膜三种浓度浸提液与阴性对照组相比小鼠精子畸形率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论生物羊膜用小鼠精子畸形试验评价不会引起遗传毒性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Use sperm shape abnormality test in mice to evaluate the possibility of genotoxicity of the biological amnion. Methods: The study was based on the requirements of the Sperm shape abnormality test in mice (GB15193.7-94) Results:There are no notable differences between the three concentration extracts of the biological amnion and the negative control of the aberration rate(%).
