低游离甲醛氨基树脂的合成
Synthesis of Amino Group Resin Containing Low Free Formaldehyde
【摘要】 以获得低游离甲醛含量的氨基树脂为目的,并改善其复鞣填充的综合性能,对磺化氨基树脂合成工艺进行了改进。试验结果表明:在酸性缩合末期,添加胶原蛋白水解物,可大大降低氨基树脂中游离甲醛的含量。甲醛与总氨基的摩尔比对产品中游离甲醛含量影响较大,甲醛用量越大,最终产物中游离甲醛含量越大,甲醛与总氨基最佳的摩尔比为1·0~1·2。此外,磺化反应对树脂的稳定性尤为重要,当加入总氨基摩尔数0·4~0·6的磺化剂时,可提高氨基树脂的稳定性和水溶性。
【Abstract】 The synthesis method was modified to achieve low free formaldehyde in sulfonated amino resin and to improve its retanning and filling properties in leather making industry.It shows that the free formaldehyde concentration could be decreased effectively by adding collagen hydrolysate at the end of acidic reaction period.The mole ratio of formaldehyde to total amino group has great influence on the free formaldehyde content and the more the formaldehyde used the higher the free formaldehyde remained.The optimal mole ratio is 1.0~1.2.The stability and solubility of the product could be improved by introducing 0.4~0.6 mole sulfonating agent to 1.0 mole total amino group.
