汗液处理对复鞣皮革胶原纤维干热收缩性能的影响
Influence of Sweat Soaking on the Dry Heat Shrinkage Performance of Retanned Cattlehide Collagen Fibers
【摘要】 分别采用葡萄糖还原的铬鞣液、戊二醛、TGR复鞣剂、自制马来酸酐复鞣剂以及自制丙烯酸复鞣剂,对铬鞣过的牛皮胶原纤维进行复鞣处理,并采用自制的人工汗液对其进行浸泡处理。采用热台显微镜研究了各种未浸汗和浸汗处理的皮胶原纤维试样的干热收缩行为。结果表明:经汗液浸泡处理以后,各种复鞣剂复鞣的皮胶原纤维的耐干热收缩性能,都有所降低。从急剧收缩温度的角度来看,复鞣能够提高皮胶原纤维的耐汗性。
【Abstract】 The chrome tanned cattlehide collagen fibers are retanned by different retanning agents such as: chrome solutions reduced by dextrose,retanning agent TGR,self-made acrylic acid retanning agent,glutaraldehyde,etc.And the obtained samples are soaked in self-made sweat solution.The dry heat shrinkage performance of the samples being sweat soaked and without sweat soaking are studied respectively by special microscope.The results indicate that sweat soaking may decrease the dry heat shrinkage resistance of retanned cattlehide collagen fibers. And the retanning process may improve the sweat resistance of the cattlehide collagen fibers.
