【Abstract】 Construction of new rural areas is an important & historical task put forward by the Eleventh Five Years Plan of our country.It is of very important significance for the sustainable agriculture development of our country.On the bases of analyzing the present status & traits of agriculture calamities in China,this paper raises several measures for preventing and decreasing calamities in the construction of new rural areas,such as improving the forewarning ability of inspecting & surveying agriculture calamities,strengthening construction of agriculture infrastructure,and carrying out activities of anti-calamities & providing relief.更多还原
