【摘要】 目的探讨Ligasure血管闭合系统在腹腔镜脾切除手术中应用的安全性和实用性。方法用Lig-asure血管闭合系统对4例脾脏病变患者行腹腔镜脾切除术。结果4例手术过程均顺利,术中出血少,创伤小,无并发症发生,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论Ligasure血管闭合系统用于腹腔镜脾切除是安全的,并可减少术中出血,缩短手术时间,减少住院费用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the safety and utility of Ligasure Vessel Sealing System during laparoscopic splenectomy. [Methods] Ligasure was used in laparoscopic splenectomy of four cases with spleen lesions. [Results] The operations were carried out successfully. The advantages of the procedure were less bleeding, small wound, and no complication. All of the patients were recovered from the diseases. [Conclusions] Ligasure can be safely performed in laparoscopic splenectomy. It can reduce operating time and blood loss and reduce cost of hospitalization.更多还原
