【摘要】 目的评价三维超声宫腔造影(3D-SHG)测量子宫纵隔长度,对切除子宫纵隔的指导作用。方法回顾性分析21例子宫纵隔的患者,经阴道三维超声宫腔造影,并对纵隔进行宫腔内的测量,指导宫腔镜下子宫纵隔电切术。结果根据经阴道三维超声宫腔造影测量的子宫纵隔长度及宽度进行切除,经术中腹腔镜监测,可达到完整切除纵隔及避免副损伤的目的。结论3D-SHG可对子宫纵隔进行术前宫腔内的测量,其测量结果对宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术具有指导作用,增加了手术切除纵隔组织的准确性,安全性,认为可代替常规的腹腔镜及超声等监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To evaluate the significance of employing 3D-SHG measurement to guide the excision of septum of uterus securely and effectively. [Method] To analysis 21 patients suffering septum uterus retrospectively, carrying out the intrauterine measurement of septum by per vagina 3D-SHG, and directing the hysterectomic excision of septum of uterus. [Results] To excise the septum according the length and the width measured by 3D-SHG, Through the laparoscopic monitoring during operation, we find that we can excise the septum completely and avoid side injury of uterus. [Conclusion] 3D-SHG can measure the septum preoperatively, and the measurement results can guide the hysterectomic excision of septum of uterus, increasing the security of the operation. We presume that the method can replace the conventional laparoscope and ultrasound monitoring.更多还原
