【摘要】 目的提高大肠癌综合治疗的远期生存率。方法研究组采取标准根治手术并于术中术后应用热低渗液加抗癌药物进行腹腔灌注并行门脉腹腔“双路化疗”治疗大肠癌69例,设对照组60例,进行对比分析。结果腹腔脱落癌细胞检查阳性率灌注前对比两组无差异,P>0.05,灌注后研究组明显低于对照组,P<0.005;同一组灌注前后比较,对照组无差异,P>0.05;研究组灌注后明显低于灌注前差异显著,P<0.005。随访1年生存率两组无差异。3、5、10年生存率研究组明显高于对照组,P<0.005。结论手术治疗大肠癌术中用42～43℃的热低渗液加抗癌药物反复灌洗,术后早期行腹腔门脉“双路化疗”方法简便,毒副作用小,可提高病人的远期生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To increase the survival rate of colorectal cancer on synthetical treatment at a specified future date.【Methods】 In study group 69 cases of carcinoma of colon and rectum accepted standard radical operation and were poured hot-low osmotic liquid with anticarcinogen into abdominal cavity and portal at the time of operation and after operation respectively.In control group 60 cases only accepted radical operation and at the end of operation were washed abdominal cavity with distilled water regularly.【Results】 The positive rate of cancer cell peeled in abdominal cavity was no statistically difference in two groups before pouring hot-low osmotic liquid into abdominal cavity P >0.05.But the figure in study group was significantly lower than that of control group after inculcating P <0.005.In control group the difference was not statistically significant around inculcating P >0.05,but in study group the state of affairs was opposite P <0.005.Followed up one year the survival rate was no statistically difference in two groups,but in 3 years,in 5 or 10 years,the figure in study group was significantly higher than that of control group P <0.005.【Conclusion】 It was a simple,convenient,safe and small side effect method that operation treated colorectal cancer with hot-low osmotic liquid and anticarcinogen repeatedly inculcating abdominal cavity in the operation,double-ways chemotherapy by abdominal cavity and portal after operation early.Prolonged survival could be expected.更多还原
