【摘要】 目的评价内镜辅助下单个小切口甲状腺手术的效果及价值。方法在2004年4￣10月间对43例良性甲状腺肿块患者进行内镜辅助下单个小切口甲状腺手术。结果所有病例均顺利完成手术,无中转为常规手术,术中出血少,术后住院时间1￣3d,无再出血、窒息、声嘶、呛咳等并发症出现。结论内镜辅助下小切口甲状腺手术具有伤口小、组织破坏少、恢复快、安全、美观并且易于学习等优点,对于甲状腺良性疾病的手术治疗,具有良好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To assess the effect and value of the endoscopic assistant thyroidectmy in single small incision. [Methods] In 2004,from April to October, 43 patients with benign mass in thyroid received endoscopic assistant thyroidectomy in single small incision. [Result] All cases were completed smoothly without conversion to routine procedure. There was less intra-operative blood loss. Postoperative hospital staying were 1 to 3 days. There was no complication of hoarseness, bleeding, and asphyxia, etc. [Conclusion] The procedure of endoscopic assistant thyroidectomy in single small incision has the benefit of mini-incision, less tissue damage, quick recurrence, safety and beauty.
