【摘要】 目的探讨功能性内镜鼻窦手术(FESS)与上颌窦根治术(RMA)治疗非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法对36例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎采用RM(A11例)和FES(S25例)治疗,分析其手术效果。结果术后随访6个月￣3年,4例复发,其中RMA组复发3例(27.3%);FESS组复发1例(4%),效果优于RMA组,统计学上差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗是非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎主要治疗方法,FESS是一种有效、微创的首选治疗手段,是一种较理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the effect of treating non-invasive fungous sinusitis by functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) or radical maxillary antrotomy (RMA). [Methods] 36 patients with non-invasive fungous sinusitis were studied:11 patients were treated with RMA and 25 patients were treated with FESS. The results were analyzed. [Results] Patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years. 4 patients relapsed among which 3 treated with RMA (27.3%) and 1 with FESS (4%). FESS is more effective than RMA (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Operation is the main therapeutic method to non-invasive fungous sinusitis. FESS is an effective measure with mini-tresis vulnus. It is an ideal method of operation in treatment of non-invasive fungous sinusitis.更多还原
