【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜治疗上颌窦囊肿的手术方法。方法30例单纯性上颌窦囊肿病人,20例行上颌窦前壁进路鼻内镜手术,观察上颌窦各壁,摘除囊肿。5例患者行经上颌窦口鼻内镜下囊肿摘除术,5例患者行下鼻道开窗鼻内镜下囊肿摘除术。结果行上颌窦前壁进路鼻内镜手术的20例患者,随访6～12个月无复发,无面部不适。结论该术式操作方便,效果好,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the approaches of the treatment of maxillary sinus cyst with nasal endoscope. Methods Cystectomy were performed to 30 cases suffered with simple maxillary sinus cyst, 20 cases through maxillary sinus anterior wall with nasal endoscope, 5 cases through the windowing of the inferior nasal meatus, others through enlarged natural aperture. Result None of 20 cases who were performed maxillary sinus cystectomy through its anterior wall with nasal endoscope recurred by 0.5~1 year follow-up. Conclusion Maxillary sinus cystectomy through its anterior wall with nasal endoscope has the characteristics of easy operating, good effect, few adverse reactions.更多还原
