【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极前列腺电切术(PKRP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的安全性与有效性。方法用PKRP治疗BPH58例。结果手术操作时间20￣90min,术中出血少,视野清楚,术中术后无经尿道电切综合征发生,术后康复快,膀胱刺激症状轻,无尿失禁和尿道狭窄,最大尿流率由术前0￣10mL/s上升至术后13￣25mL/s。结论PKRP治疗BPH安全有效,是治疗BPH的良好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To assess the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of the prostate(PKRP) with plasmarkinetic energy. [Methods] 58 patients with symptomatic BPH were treated by PKRP. [Results] For PKRP, the duration of the procedure was (20~90) min. Little blood loss during the operation. No transurethral resection syndrome occurred. The peak flow rate increased from (0~10) to (13~25) mL/s. [Conclusions] PKRP is of safty and efficacy.更多还原
