【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆道造影的方法、适应证和临床价值。方法选择性对38例腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术中经胆囊管行胆道造影。阳性者行胆总管探查术,阴性者单纯切除胆囊。结果术中胆道造影38例均获成功,阴性36例,阳性2例。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术中胆道造影避免了胆道阴性探查,减少了漏诊,具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods, indications and clinical value of bile duct radiography in laparoscope cholecystectomy. Methods Laparoscope cholecystectomy in 38 patients having bile duct radiography from cystic duct, the positive cases have exploration of common bile duct, the negative cases only have laparoscope cholecystectomy. Results Bile duct radiography was succeeded in 38 cases, 36 cases were negative, 2 cases were positive. Conclusions Bile duct radiography can avoid negative exploration of common bile duct, lessen missed diagnosis, has important applicational value in clinic.更多还原
